TIS Covers Promowest Fest 2016

From the production company that brings music festivals like Bunbury and Buckle Up in Cincinnati, OH, Promowest Productions is bringing their first Promowest Fest to Columbus, OH. The three day music festival is held in Columbus’ Arena District starting July 15th until July 17th, and four staff members here at The Indie Sound will be there to bring our readers major Promowest Fest coverage!

Headliners such as Snoop Dogg, The Flaming Lips, and Modest Mouse will be closing out the nights for artists such as Ryan Adams, Mac Miller, LL Cool J, Milky Chance, Lindsey Stirling, All Time Low, and many more nationwide and local bands/artists. Straight from staff members here at The Indie Sound, we will bring you media, concert reviews, artist/band interviews, and more from the fest!

Both Level 1 and Level 2 three day GA passes are sold out, but you can purchase your last-minute three day VIP or single day Promowest Fest tickets at Ticketmaster or at 1pm each day of the festival at the box office! The single day tickets are $79 each and the three day VIP tickets are $389 each (including: VIP entrance into the festival, stage front viewing area at both main stages, swag bag with Promowest Fest poster and fest essentials, lockers with charging station for those who come early, complimentary food, complimentary water, private bars with discounted drinks, private restrooms, and access to a private air-conditioned tent). Children ages 6 and under are admitted free by the discretion of the gate management as long as the child is accompanied by a ticketed adult. However, only those with VIP wristbands have access to the VIP areas, so if you would like your child to accompany you into the VIP area, you will have to purchase them their own VIP ticket. Promowest is also a cashless festival, using your wristband as both your way into the festival and your form or purchasing items within the fest grounds.
